What is brand photography and how is it different from headshots
A headshot introduces a person. Brand photography builds a broader picture of your business, including portraits, people at work, team interactions, your space and relevant details. If you need a collection for your website and ongoing marketing, a brand session gives us room to plan that wider story. If you only need a portrait, ask us about our headshot options.
How much does business photography cost
Personal Brand Starter is NZ$795 + GST for one person. Team Photography is NZ$1,295 + GST for up to five team members. For six or more people, we’ll prepare a tailored quote. Brand Story Collection combines photography and video for NZ$2,999 + GST. Travel and any agreed extras are additional.
How many edited photographs will I receive
Personal Brand Starter includes approximately 50 edited images. Team Photography includes up to 100 edited images. Brand Story Collection includes 150+ edited photographs alongside its film and social cutdowns. We’ll agree the mix of portraits, team photographs and brand imagery around your needs.
Can you photograph our team and workplace
Yes. Team Photography is designed for up to five people and can include headshots, group photographs and candid brand imagery. For larger teams or more complex locations, tell us your staff numbers and what you need so we can tailor the scope. Please arrange permission for any workplace, clients or other people involved.
Will you help us plan the shoot
Yes. We’ll discuss your business, the intended uses of the images and the photographs you need, then agree a shot list and locations. Bring your brand colours, examples you like and any website layouts or campaign requirements. If you need specialist styling, location hire or other production support, mention it when you enquire so it can be considered in your quote.
What if I feel awkward in front of the camera
You don’t need modelling experience. We’ll guide you through the photographs and include natural moments as well as portraits. Tell us if there is anything you feel unsure about so we can plan an approach you’re comfortable with.
What should I wear and can I change outfits
Choose clothing that feels like you and suits how you want your business to be seen. Bring any brand colours or practical workwear into the planning conversation. Personal Brand Starter includes up to three outfit changes; for team or combined projects, we’ll agree the wardrobe plan with the rest of the shoot.
How long should we set aside
We’ll confirm the schedule and coverage before you book, based on the package, people, locations and shot list. If staff have limited availability, let us know early so we can plan their photographs around the working day.
When and how will we receive the photographs
Photo-only work is delivered within 14 business days, subject to the agreed scope and payment terms. You’ll receive your edited photographs through a private online gallery, with high-resolution and web-size files. The combined photo/video collection has its own agreed delivery schedule. If you have a deadline, tell us before booking so we can confirm what is possible.
Can we use the images on our website and in advertising
After full payment, the photography agreement provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your business to use the images indefinitely for marketing, advertising and promotion across digital platforms, print and social media. Kee-Sue Creative retains copyright. Reselling, relicensing or another business using the images needs prior written permission. Tell us about any wider use before we quote.
Are editing and revisions included
Your photographs are edited in our style, with basic retouching included. Extensive editing or composite work needs to be agreed separately. Brand Story Collection includes one consolidated revision round for the script and shoot plan, and one for the delivered photos and video. Photo-only revision allowances are confirmed in your quote. Additional revision work is NZ$150 + GST per hour, with any extra cost agreed before we proceed. RAW photographs are not supplied. Any request for unedited video footage must be agreed separately.
Is travel included and where do you work
We’re based in Porirua and work across the Wellington region. Travel is additional and will be confirmed for your shoot locations. Tell us about any parking, access, studio or location-hire requirements so we can identify additional costs before booking.
Can we book photography and video together
Yes! The one-off Brand Story Collection includes 200+ photographs, a brand film of up to two minutes and three 15–30-second social cutdowns. For regular new social content, ask about Monthly Content Engine instead. They are separate offers, and we’ll confirm the photo and video deliverables in your quote.
How do we book and what if plans change
Send us your preferred timing, location, team size and what you need the images for. We’ll confirm availability, scope, payment dates and the relevant agreement before booking. If weather, illness or another issue may affect the shoot, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions depend on the agreed terms; changes can involve charges.
