She provides affordable maternity photoshoot sessions in the Wellington region, and believes everyone should have access to affordable professional photography - having a baby is expensive enough!
Your maternity photoshoot can be at a location of your choosing - either outdoors or in your own home. If you don't already have a location in mind, Janelle will provide suggestions based on where you live. She's a landscape photographer at heart so photographing stunning locations is her specialty (check out her canvas prints to get an idea). Affordable maternity photoshoot packages
Janelle's maternity photoshoot packages are available in the Wellington region and include all the best images edited and sent to you online via We-Transfer - high resolution suitable for printing on canvas.
Price: $449 for a 1-hour photoshoot.
(Includes all images, no hidden costs)
You do not pay per image like some other photographers charge. Janelle edits all the images she takes during your session and you get all these included in the price. There are no hidden costs. You will receive 100-300 images from your photoshoot.
Travel: Janelle is based in Camborne, Porirua, and up to 30 minutes of travel time is included in your photoshoot package. Travel beyond 30 minutes each way (Google maps estimation) will incur a travel fee of $1 per km and be added to your final invoice.
You will receive your photographs within 2 weeks of your photoshoot. You'll receive 2x versions of your photos, small files perfect for using online and social media, and large files perfect for printing, putting in photobooks, or putting on large canvases.
If you are outside of Wellington City, Lower Hutt or Porirua, a small travel fee may apply depending on the location.

When is the best time to do a maternity photoshoot?
The best time to do a maternity photoshoot is between 30 and 36 weeks (your 7th and 8th month of pregnancy) in your final trimester. That's because you'll likely feel more comfortable at this time. However, you can book your maternity photoshoot for later than this if you'd like.
