Janelle has completed the Momtog Newborn Safety 101 course for newborn photography, ensuing a safe environment and posing for your precious newborn.
We do not do unsafe poses and ensure your baby's safety is our #1 priority.

Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! If you're unsure whether you want the selection of 25 images or the full album, you can upgrade to the full album at any time, including after you receive your photos.
Do you provide props?
Yes, I bring some props with me, including blankets, posing bean bag, neutral swaddles and minimalist props.
However, if you have particular props in mind you will need to provide these yourself, as well as provide the outfits for your baby to wear.
Please discuss your ideas with me and share a Pinterest board of your ideas so we can create a plan for bringing them to life!
When is the best time to book a newborn photoshoot?
Within two weeks of your baby being born is the ideal time for a newborn photoshoot. This is because your baby will sleep more often, and they are more flexible for swaddled poses.
When you know your due date, book your photoshoot for the next week or two after that. Then get in touch with me when your baby is born and we will adjust the booking if needed, by either bringing it forward or pushing it back.
My baby is older than 2 weeks, can I still book a newborn photoshoot?
Yes! But the poses we do may need to be different. As your baby grows they will get stronger and they will not be as flexible for safe posing, therefore, we may be unable to get the typical swaddled newborn poses, instead capturing more lifestyle photos.

Your photoshoot with us helps support children in need. We donate $10 from every session to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wellington. Together, we provide young people with positive role models, guidance, and friendship in the Porirua/Wellington region.
